Asia Microreactor chips are extremely chemically resistant, transparent, robust flow reactors for solution-phase chemistry. Our proprietary designs offer a wide temperature and pressure range, and our proprietary design results in extremely fast and reproducible mixing, rapid heat transfer, minimized back pressure, and wide-bore mixer channels for reduced channel blockages. Asia Microreactors are available in 250 µL and 1 ml volumes, and as a 1 ml Reactor Mixer.

Robust and versatile microreactors chips

Each Asia Microreactor chip is constructed from glass and is housed in a robust chip holder for increased physical durability and thermal insulation and to enable quick connection of fluid pipes via the Chip Header (2100147). Each Microreactor is fully compatible with the Asia Chip Climate Controller, Asia Heater, and Asia Cryo Controller, giving you a vast range of applications for your flow chemistry.

Reactor Mixer

The Asia Reactor Mixer is perfect for flow chemistry reactions that demand ultra-fast mixing of up to three fluid streams. Its S-shaped channel geometry enhances mixing while the reaction occurs, minimizes dead volumes, and provides excellent visibility. Additionally, it features great chemical compatibility and can operate across a wide range of pressures and temperatures. The improved geometry also helps to prevent channel blockages.

Volumes for every reaction

Asia Microreactors are available in three different volumes, each providing a range of reaction times. The residence time of the chemicals within the Microreactor varies with the volume, assuming the flow rate remains constant. Each Microreactor has three inputs, and Chip Blanking Plugs (2100210) can be inserted into the chip header to reduce the number of inputs in use. Additionally, the output of one Microreactor can be connected to the input of a second reactor to carry out sequential reactions.
