The Atlas magnetic stirrer connects directly to the Atlas base unit using a bayonet fitting. The stirrer is automatically detected by the base unit and stirring can be controlled directly from the front panel or using the Atlas software with either set-points or profiles. In use, the current stirring rate (measured by tachometer) is shown along with the set-point on the LCD display.
