Application – Reaction Optimisation

• Use the Synthesis and Analysis system with DoE (Design of Experiment) to explore many different sets of reaction conditions
• Example: run 20 conditions in one overnight run, using only 100µg per reaction
• Automatically separate output and collect chromatography data for each data point, using AFRICA HPLC
• Examine the data
• Find new information about the optimum reaction conditions
