The Chip Header enables alignment and connection of all the the input and output pipes to the Microreactor in seconds. The header is secured to the chip by the two knurled thumb screws. 

FFKM O rings are used to seal between the input/output pipes and the glass surface resulting in a chemically resistant, reliable, “zero” dead volume seal rated to 20bar (300psi).
