Jacketed Vessels

Atlas Jacketed Vessels have been designed with a number of features to improve productivity and safety.

Round bottom vessels are traditionally used in most process development laboratories and give excellent mixing when used with most stirrers.

Jacketed Vessels - Conical Bottom

Conical bottom vessels allow low fill volumes to be used with good stirring.

Jacketed Vessels - Torisperical Bottom

Torispherical bottom vessels provide a good mimic to many pilot scale reactors.

Jacketed Vessels - Vacuum Jacket

Atlas Vacuum Jacketed Vessels feature dish bottoms for mechanical strength whilst the vacuum jacket provides insulation and prevents both fogging and icing of the outer surface at low temperatures.

Jacketed Vessel 5 Litre Dished Bottom (Remote Mount Only) (2200074)

Note that the 5 litre vessel can only be used with the Remote Mount for Jacketed Vessel Clamp.

Jacketed Filtration Vessel - 3 litre (2200048)

The Atlas Jacketed Filtration Vessel has a removable bottom with a glass support to allow materials to be filtered through a filter paper, glass sinter or solid bed.

Jacketed coil condensers offer very good surface area for condensation.

Condenser - Medium Jacketed Coil B19

Jacketed coil condensers offer very good surface area for condensation. The medium condenser has a B19 connector, is 16cm long and has a surface area of 4x10-2m2. Suitable for vessels up to 1 litre.

The Atlas large jacketed coil condenser offers very good surface area for condensation of 7x10-2m2.
