The separate modules for the FRX system are listed below. These can be purchased separately to build a system from scratch or to add to an existing system.


FRX Pumps (2101305)
The FRX pumps are chemically resistant, extremely easy to use, have a highly stable flow profile and are fully user serviceable. Flow rates from 10µl to 10ml per minute can be set and the pump can generate up to 50 bar of pressure.




 
Reagents Module (including 2 x 5ml Sample Loops, 2101308)
The Reagents Module consists of two chemically resistant 6 port, 2 position invection valves and 2 x 5ml sample loops mounted on a platform which locates under the hotplate.




 
FRX Volcano (with 1 mircoreactor and 2 column adaptors, 2101311)
Solid The Volcano provides temperature control for Microreactors and Column reactors, allowing up to four microreactors or columns to be used simultaneously.




 
FRX Volcano (without reactor adaptors, 2101366))
The Volcano provides temperature control for Microreactors and Column reactors, allowing up to four microreactors or columns to be used simultaneously.




 
Cooling Insert Tube (2101312)
The cooling insert is used with the FRX Volcano to allow any re-circulating heater/cooler to control the temperature of the glass microreactors or column reactors.




 
FRX Reactors (2101312)
The FRX system is compatible with a number of different types of reactor including glass microreactors, tube reactors and column reactors.




 
FRX Hotplate (2101310)
The FRX Hotplate is a digitally controlled hotplate with external Pt100 (thermocouple) which locates in the reactor or reactor adaptor for optimal control of reaction temperature. A maximum temperature setting ensures safe unattended operation.




 
Pressurisation Module (2101307)
The FRX Pressurisation Module is designed to regulate the back pressure of a fluidic system. Running the FRX system at elevated pressure allows superheating of solvents and reactants to increase reaction rate without changing the chemistry of the process.




 
FLLEX (2101306)
Flow Liquid Liquid Extration (FLLEX) is the flow equivalent of an extraction funnel.




 
FRX Collection Module (2101309)
The collection module is a manually actuated fraction collector for the FRX system.




 
FRXpert Software (2200084)
The FRXpert Software makes flow chemistry easy by calculating the flow rates, timings and quantities of reagents required.
