The Remote Mount allows a vessel assembly to be located away from the Atlas Base. The Remote Mount can attach to standard lab scaffolding and is connected to the Atlas base using an umbilical. When the Jacketed Vessel Clamp is used with the Remote Mount, it is compatible with vessels of up to 5 litres

Remote Mount features
The Remote Mount adds functionality to existing Atlas systems by increasing the maximum working volume to 5 litres and locating jacketed vessels away from the Atlas Base. It hooks onto existing fume cupboard scaffolding and is secured without the use of tools.
The Remote Mount contains sockets for the Temperature Node (2101021) and Scorpion Overhead Stirrer (2101004). By connecting to the Atlas base via an umbilical it retains all the functionality of regular Atlas systems. |

The Atlas Remote Mount System is designed for chemists who perform reactions in jacketed reactors. With an easy to use vessel clamping system, Atlas vessels can be changed in under a minute.
Turning the control knob changes circulator temperature and overhead stirrer speed. Atlas also allows users to edit and run profiles automatically from the base to control heating or cooling from a circulator, stirring and reagent addition.
This system can be upgraded by adding a Hotplate (2101001) and Magnetic Stirrer (2101002) to also control round bottom flask or vial reactors. Adding PC software allows complex recipe control, real time data plotting and control of third party hardware e.g. pumps and balances.
