Solid Phase Chemistry



Syrris, in collaboration with Prof. Steve Ley (University of Cambridge) have developed a solid phase flow chemistry chemistry system which can be used with either the AFRICA or FRX flow reactor systems.

The FRX reactor adaptor can support upto 4 reactors which can be either a micro reactor for solution phase chemistry or user packable colums for solid supported reagents/scavengers.  The 4 compatible column size are 3mm, 6.6mm, 10mm, 15mm internal diameter, each 100mm in length. 

The reactor adaptor can be controlled in temperature (all 4 reactors will be at the same temperature) by placing in on a hotplate or by connecting the central block (shown bottom right) to a circulator.
